From rewinding and custom sheeting to flexographic printing and specialized packaging, we tackle the most demanding converting projects

Rewinding is the act of taking a master sized “Mill roll” of paper or paperboard and rewinding it onto a new core. The addition of slitting while rewinding is to convert the width of the roll to new widths that the customer requires.
Strong Converting slitting/rewinding equipment handles product thicknesses from Tissue to Liner board.
Slitting/Rewinding widths are from as small as .5” up to 72”.
Max output diameter = 45"
Product can be converted onto 1, 2, and 3 inch cores.

We offer paper and paperboard sheeting, as well as cut to size services. Name the size sheet you need, and we can make it happen.
Maximum sheet size = 60” width x 96” length
Tolerance = ± .3 inches.
Substrates from 20# basis weight papers to 40 Pt chipboard are well within our capabilities

We offer 1-Color Random-Repeat Flexographic Printing. With this style of flexographic printing, The print appears multiple times in randomized positions and is more economical than traditional printing.
With flexographic printing, we use custom plates that stamp the customer desired print onto our paper prior to being converted into sheets or rolls.

Strong Converting acts as a master distributor and converter for many masking film products. We can sell full length masking film products, or we can slit log rolls to any desired width between .5” to 60”.
With the the log slitting equipment we are also able to slit down finished goods such as paper rolls to create extra narrow width rolls that would not be possible on slitter/rewinders.
With our Log Slitter, we can slit rolls that are up to 18 OD, without the need to rewind, thus, saving our customers time and decreasing our lead times.

Need custom sized sheets? We not only use automatic sheeters, but we also utilize guillotine cutters to trim your sheets to any size your customer desires.
We can guillotine trim sheets as large as 60” x 72” and as small as 1” x 1”

Packaging capabilities include but are not limited to: palletizing, ream wrapping bundles, boxing sheets and rolls, shrink wrapping, weighing and bagging, auto banding bundles, custom labeling, and packing into gaylord containers.
